At Ultramarinos de Lucas, we believe in the power of play as a tool for learning and creation. Why separate work from play, learning from pleasure, knowledge from sensitivity? In our workshop, play is an enriching and natural activity, a way to discover the world, others, and ourselves. Without judgment, with joy: this is how we play on stage, like children, actors, and actresses. With this vision of theater, we aim to build bridges to the classroom and turn knowledge into a vivid and meaningful experience.
Objectives
To provide participants with theatrical keys that serve as tools for play. To increase playful resources, aimed at play in the classroom or on stage.
Methodology
Play—demonstrating its inescapable theatrical dimension—will guide us by the hand (or foot, or pancreas). We will engage in different games, learning their potential within an educational and theatrical framework.
