UP!

UP! It is a short word which expresses the top in English [?p] but in the Basque language it is an interjection which calls for caution [up].

We want to grow, go higher, become adults... but too high makes us dizzy. We can only grow up to our height. We build life at every moment. The elements of our construction are within our reach, in sight, within our body, within our voice, but sometimes everything slips away from us.

This voice and object solo, directed to the audience from 6 months old, is a metaphor for personal construction. It's a ritual to gain height, slowly climb the steps of life, with caution... and perhaps let the moon escape.
